Maya is committed to uplifting and supporting Latino communities, ensuring better public education and healthcare resources, as well as protecting and supporting immigrant New Yorkers, no matter their status.
Maya will bring her lived experience with her to City Hall and advocate for the issues Black women face in this city — not only because she shares them, but because these issues are vital to the health, wealth, and progress of New York.
